Rooms are categorized and configured as Standard room 78, Single Honeymoon Cottages 13, two room cottages 16, Family units 15, Cottage Suites 5 and Deluxe Cottages 5.

The Beach House" serves Indian, Goan and Barbecue. "The Banyan Tree" set amidst huge banyan trees surrounded by a fish pond serves Thai & Chinese food. "Kiddies Corner" serves special food for children.

Beauty Parlor & Health Club equipped with fitness equipment, indoor & outdoor Gym, Jacuzzi, steam, Sauna, Beauty parlor, barber shop, hair dressing saloon, & herbal massages. Swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas.

Conference Facilities :
Conference hall can accommodate 40 people on theater style sitting, 25 on 'U' shape, 25 people on class room and 50 people for cocktail.

"Bay View Lawn" can accommodate 1000 people for cocktail in the open air. "Banyan Tree Lawn" can accommodate 350 people for cocktail in the open air.

Business Center offers secretarial service, steno, fax, photocopy & courier service. Audio visual equipment, overhead projector, screen, microphones, television, VCR, slide projector, Audio-recording etc., are available on hire.
